Solutions Engineer
to join our team! In this role, you'll be the
technical subject matter expert (SME)
for our cutting-edge
privacy & data governance platform , empowering our Sales team to introduce and implement our "first-of-a-kind solution" to enterprise customers. You'll play a crucial role in the sales cycle,
leveraging value selling
to demonstrate the significant business impact of our platform to key stakeholders. You'll engage directly with prospective customers, delving into their unique data privacy challenges and showcasing how Relyance AI's platform stands apart from the competition. A key aspect of your role will be building deep technical relationships with VPs of Engineering, IT, CISOs, Security leaders, and other stakeholders, ensuring they fully grasp and approve of Relyance AI's technology. You'll also continuously deepen your understanding of our
Machine Learning-driven platform
and help customers seamlessly integrate and comprehend it within their specific business environments. What You'll Do:
Lead in-depth
architectural and solution design discussions
to highlight how our platform addresses complex data privacy requirements. Cultivate and nurture
technical champions
within prospect and customer organizations, transforming them into advocates for Relyance AI. Collaborate closely with
Account Executives
to drive the sale of Relyance AI's data privacy platform to enterprise clients. Conduct compelling
technical demonstrations
and engage with diverse customer stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, IT, Security, and Engineering teams. Educate enterprise customers on the profound
value proposition
of Relyance AI's data privacy platform. Respond thoroughly and accurately to
written technical requests . Serve as the vital
technical liaison
between customers, our engineering teams, and support. Develop and record insightful
customer-facing artifacts
that clearly articulate the core technological differentiators of the Relyance platform against competitors. What You'll Bring:
4+ years of pre-sales experience
as a technical lead, selling enterprise software solutions to enterprise accounts in a B2B setting. 3+ years of experience
implementing and solution engineering SaaS solutions, particularly those with
ML components . 1+ years of experience
in designing, implementing, or consulting on distributed applications or systems architecture. 1+ years of experience
working with
RESTful APIs
and general service-oriented architectures. Comfort and proficiency in presenting to and building relationships with
C-level & VP-level executives
across Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT. Working knowledge of
cloud computing technologies
and
SQL/No-SQL data systems . A deep understanding of the various stages and nuances of the enterprise sales cycle. Bonus Points For:
