GENERAL SUMMARY: Our Vantage Technical Services division is looking to hire an ATM Technician in the Chicago area. This position includes working in all aspects of ATM operations, programming, assembly, repair, cash loading and installation. The individual will need to be detail oriented, have excellent customer service skills, and experience in one or more areas of ATM service and/or cash operations. The person will operate in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and must be passionate, accepting of a changing environment and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company. Responsibilities

Make on-site visits to locations to repair or install ATM equipment Program ATM’s unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support Repair and test ATM parts Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations Document activities within the PAI system Perform preventative maintenance on ATMs as assigned Manage parts inventory on assigned service vehicle Drive vehicles a minimum of 5 days per week, per service calls as dispatched/assigned Other field and service work as business needs present themselves within the scope of practice Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

High School diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Must be willing to work some overtime, weekends, and holidays if needed Experience with ATMs preferred Computer / Applications Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Working knowledge of PAIReports is a plus Ability to use a mobile device for reporting activity during the day Working Conditions

Work is performed on the road at different locations. The environment can be noisy and distracting. Must be able to move around the job site, bend, reach overhead, and lift or move up to 250 lbs with assistance. Supervisory / Management Duties
