reliable, competent, and high-energy individuals
to join our team for the Fall 2025 Flag Football season. This is a
highly competitive opportunity
to be part of one of the most respected youth flag football programs in the region. Locations:
DC, MD, and VA (Metro Area) Season Dates:
September 6th – November 2nd* (*Dates vary slightly by location) Season Length:
8 weeks After-school Programming:
Select community programs & practices held
Monday-Friday, 3:00–5:30 PM Shifts and positions
vary by location and will be discussed in the interview Ideal Candidates Will Have: Excellent communication skills (and great eye contact!) The ability to solve problems quickly and calmly Coaching experience (preferably with youth football) High energy and motivational presence Strong organization and multitasking abilities A passion for working with kids Reliable transportation to/from league sites Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs A working cell phone and regular web/email access Requirements: Pass a standard background check
(mandatory for all staff) Commit to working the full 8-week season Next Steps: Interview:
