Soliant is seeking a compassionate and experienced
School Psychologist
to join our educational team in
Murray, Nebraska , for the 20252026 school year. This
full-time, onsite position
will serve both elementary and middle school students, supporting their academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success through comprehensive psychological services.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, student-focused, and committed to helping students thrive in inclusive learning environments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations in accordance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students through the development of effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Participate in MTSS teams, problem-solving meetings, and behavior intervention planning Provide short-term counseling and mental health support to students Assist in the implementation of school-wide practices to promote positive behavior and student well-being Maintain thorough and accurate documentation and adhere to compliance timelines Serve as a resource to staff on mental health, academic, and behavioral strategies
Qualifications
Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology Valid Nebraska School Psychologist Certification (or eligibility to obtain) Experience working with K8 students, including those in self-contained programs, is preferred Strong understanding of IDEA, MTSS, and behavioral intervention frameworks Excellent communication, organizational, and consultation skills Commitment to equity, inclusion, and holistic student support
