Magazine\'s Best in Business for Health Services What You\'ll Do Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.) Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly Other typical BCBA activities Requirements Master\'s degree Active BCBA certification, required Committed to obtaining the required state licensure to provide services — and we\'ll cover the cost Valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record Benefits 401(k) with generous employer match up to 6% Performance bonuses BCBA referral bonuses RBT referral bonuses Tuition reimbursement for ongoing education 21 paid days off (PTO and holidays) Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance CEU reimbursement Mileage reimbursement About ABA Centers ABA Centers is a great place to work.
