Scope And Responsibilities The Senior Financial Analyst, Global Strategic Sourcing, will be a key member of the Finance Transformation Team, and will serve as the primary financial business partner to the VP of Global Strategic Sourcing and his lead team. The Senior Financial Analyst will also lead the financial oversight and development of critical KPIs, enabling leadership to effectively monitor the progression of key sourcing initiatives and overall cost productivity. This role will help drive transparency and visibility into cost productivity initiatives across Global Sourcing, while coordinating and executing core financial activities, including in-depth analysis throughout the stage-gate process, long-range strategic planning, and forecast development—to ensure alignment between sourcing strategies and financial performance goals. This role will also ensure adherence to all Company principles, policies, and procedures in relation to Global Procurement/Sourcing strategy. Responsibilities Support the development and enforcement of global procurement and sourcing policies. Clearly articulate financial implications of sourcing strategies, vendor changes, or compliance measures to ensure alignment with Brink’s long-term financial plans Partner with global sourcing and accounts payable teams to drive Payment Term Expansion efforts across supplier categories. Analyze supplier payment behavior and financial health to identify opportunities for term extensions. Track realized working capital improvements and report on progress to key stakeholders Develop and maintain financial models to support and enforce standardized savings methodologies across multiple sourcing initiatives, ensuring consistency in savings baselines, tracking and validation Collaborate on global category strategies to enhance visibility into category productivity by vendor, with a focus on forecast development and performance tracking—particularly within Money Processing and Retail Solutions Analyze and validate financial forecasts related to strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring consistent global reporting and visibility into cost savings and value realization. Owner of all applicable Strategic Sourcing financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and planning Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; Master’s degree and / or CPA / CMA certification preferred Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Finance or Strategic Sourcing roles, with companies that operate in a global environment Prior experience and proven track record, in a complex analytical role, collaborating with stakeholders across many functions Skills And Knowledge Serve as a super user of financial applications, including Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and Oracle Planning; experience with Shibumi is a plus Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles, automated financial solutions, and accounting reporting systems Proficient in building and analyzing financial models from scratch to support data-driven decision-making and scenario analysis Ability to dive deep analytically, but then ability to elevate and convey information clearly and concisely to cross functional stakeholders and global leaders Strong knowledge of project lifecycle phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing) Strong understanding of procurement and strategic sourcing practices, including market dynamics, category management, and supplier engagement Team player with an “act like an owner” mindset, with professional written and verbal communication skills Seniority level
