Position Details Opening:
Tax Accountant & Advisor Location:
Tacoma, WA
Responsibilities
Perform tax advising, compliance, reporting, and planning for clients.
Provide proactive tax advice and identify tax minimization strategies.
Prepare and file accurate tax returns in collaboration with clients and professionals.
Research and communicate tax analysis and advice.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and tax authorities.
Participate in client meetings and manage related tax tasks.
Ensure compliance and coordinate with outside professionals.
Prepare various tax filings and projections.
Research tax issues to support compliance and planning.
Assist in tax audits and stay updated on tax laws and strategies.
Benefits
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000/year, DOE
Bonuses, insurance, 401k, PTO, tuition reimbursement, transit reimbursement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
CPA, Enrolled Agent, or JD certification required within two years.
Strong communication, confidentiality, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and integrity.
