Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining strong client relationships Assess creditworthiness and evaluate financial statements to determine loan eligibility Develop and implement loan structures that meet client and institutional needs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing and timely closings Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and compliance guidelines Essential Job Functions
Originate, underwrite, and close commercial loans Prospect and market to potential new clients Analyze credit risk and make informed lending decisions Manage existing loan portfolios Identify new business opportunities based on market conditions Candidates please note:

5+ years of experience in commercial lending Strong financial analysis and underwriting skills Mandatory prior experience as a loan underwriter or credit analyst Mandatory experience preparing loan memorandums for credit committee approval Desirable: Formal Credit Training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of achieving loan production goals Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance standards Benefits
