Overview
Recruiter – Accounting & Finance (prior Accounting experience preferred!) The Accounting & Finance Division at Advice drives our agency. Our A&F team serves as the recruiting partner of choice for companies ranging from startups to corporations across industries including technology, e-commerce, consumer products, health & wellness, financial services and real estate. As an Executive Recruiter, you’ll team with clients on a diverse mix of searches ranging from entry level Accountants/Analysts to Controllers and CFOs. Prior accounting and/or finance experience is highly preferred. You’ll receive extensive mentorship and application-based recruitment training to ensure you have the tools to be successful. What You’ll Focus On… Utilizing creative search strategies and active networking to identify prospective candidates for a diverse mix of accounting & finance opportunities. Leveraging well-crafted, thoughtful and personalized messaging to drive initial engagement with qualified candidates. Building value-oriented relationships with both active and passive job seekers through in-depth conversations evaluating technical skills, intangibles and career aspirations. Coaching and advising candidates throughout the recruitment process including interview preparation, salary expectations, offer negotiation and resignation. Employing business development strategies to generate new client relationships with companies across a wide variety of industries. What You’ll Need… Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting/finance position or sales-related field Stellar interpersonal skills, including both verbal and written communication Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and competitive drive Proven ability to utilize creative thinking to overcome adversity Enthusiasm for working both independently and as part of a team Uncapped commission structure Quarterly and annual bonus targets Prizes for team contests & competitions Who We Are… At Advice, we develop strategic partnerships with our clients, advising and guiding them through the entire recruiting process.
