Collaborate with attorneys across various offices to meet client needs. Take increasing responsibility for client relationships and business development. Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality legal solutions. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in asset and corporate finance, with a focus on leveraged finance, asset finance, or loan workouts. Experience in structured finance and real estate finance is preferred. Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Strong academic credentials and a commitment to providing high-quality client service. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the state bar of the jurisdiction in which the candidate is applying.
