You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of technically demanding tax planning and compliance projects and collaborate with a growing global team across cross-border and cross-functional engagements. Researching tax issues to develop effective tax planning strategies Translating complex data from a range of sources into client-ready insights and deliverables Building effective long-term relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs to provide a tailored service Communicating complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients Maintaining your reputation in your field by updating and sharing technical knowledge and best practices Reviewing the work of more junior team members Identifying and reacting to risks and opportunities to improve our services and processes Skills And Attributes For Success
To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor’s degree in a related field, supported by significant tax, business or financial planning experience Active progress towards or possession of CPA certification or membership in The Bar Minimum of 2 years of work experience in professional services or a professional tax organization Experience with federal and state personal and trust taxation Experience with flow-through entities (S‑Corps, Partnerships, LLCs) A thorough understanding of automated tax processing systems Experience with Gift, Estate and Trust tax planning and compliance is a plus Willingness to travel as needed, and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment Ideally, you’ll also have
A proven record in a professional services environment Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt your work style to collaborate with internal and client team members Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills, and the confidence to challenge colleagues and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds A commitment to continuing your learning What We Look For

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Salary ranges vary by location: $82,000 to $135,200 generally; $98,500 to $153,600 for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento). Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off options. Hybrid work model with most client-facing roles expected to be in-person 40-60% of the time over a project or year.
