Verify receipt of and assist in the analysis of information related to meter data processing. Learn to evaluate gas flow characteristics and flow patterns to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely distribution of measurement volumes to stakeholders while maintaining the SOX documented process. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Resolve system generated exceptions on meters while learning about natural gas measurement With the assistance of the field technicians and balance analysts, assure all missing data is collected or appropriately estimated to ensure completion of the records per contractual obligations or standards. Enter data into measurement system accurately from field activities and from third-party measurement With the oversight of more senior process analysts and balance analysts, perform multi month checks (rollups) and volume statement reviews for accuracy and prepare SOX compliance documents With the oversight of more senior process analysts and balance analysts, prepare appropriate documentation to support estimates or prior period adjustments that meet standards established for gas measurement With the assistance of the field technicians, review documentation in Test-It and compare to historical and current information in Flow-Cal to assure gas measurement calculations and SOX data points are correctly captured As knowledge increases, analyze measurement system process and initiate any necessary improvements to a senior member of the Measurement Group. Participate in activities as needed to complete improvements Education
Bachelor20s degree in a closely related discipline or related formal education and the following job-related experience Work Experience
Experience with gas measurement applications such as Flow-Cal and Test-It and familiarity with reporting capabilities Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, and communication applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint for reporting and analysis Experience and/or training related to: Gas measurement methods and standards Electronic gas measurement applications such as Flow-Cal, WINCCU Chart integration processes Supervisor Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systemograms for reporting and analysis Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to monitor and analyze gas measurement information via graphs or reports and experience with various customer flow pattern types Ability to develop information and make presentations to groups and individuals. Licenses and Certifications

Sedentary work; can exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and other listed physical requirements as described in the original text Near/far vision, color vision, depth perception, and other visual requirements frequently Working Conditions
Inside environmental conditions; well-lit, climate-controlled areas Travel and Driving
Travel in and around office surroundings and job sites May be assigned a company vehicle requiring a valid drivers license Salary
