This role ensures accurate financial reporting, supports ERP systems, and contributes to process improvements, with a focus on real estate operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly financials, journal entries, and reconciliations. Lead month-end/year-end close and ensure GAAP compliance. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Assist with internal/external audits and prepare supporting schedules. Maintain and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP. Collaborate with IT and accounting teams on system improvements. Enhance accounting processes and internal controls. Ensure accurate reporting and treatment of real estate transactions. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in multi-entity environments. Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision). Experience with ERP optimization and user support. Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
