The successful candidate will work within a team of Financial Advisors, aiming to help clients achieve their financial goals. After obtaining the necessary licenses and registrations to become a FINANCIAL ADVISOR, your typical day may include: Developing relationships with clients (both existing and prospective). Gathering client information to build comprehensive financial plans. Helping clients prepare for retirement. Preparing and reviewing investment portfolio recommendations. Our comprehensive training and development program means prior experience in the financial services industry is not required, though it is a plus. Candidate qualities include: Self-starter Customer service champion Engaging and compelling communicator and negotiator Problem solver Continuous learner seeking professional development Critical thinker Prior sales experience or enjoy networking and acquiring new clients College degree or equivalent work/life experience (minimum high school diploma or GED) We offer: A structured pathway to attain all necessary licensing and education.
