Job Overview

Financial Solutions Advisor – Northern MA Market. Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The role includes triaging client leads, referring to internal partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. The position requires completing required licenses and trainings and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Responsibilities

Works with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money management solutions Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client goals and needs Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services Required Qualifications

Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66). If you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days. At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services At least one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded Sets and accomplishes goals and builds strong client relationships Collaborates effectively with others to achieve objectives Communicates effectively with clients and is comfortable engaging all client types Manages goals, navigates complexity, prioritizes tasks, and operates in a fast-paced environment Shows willingness to learn and adapt to new information to find the right solutions for clients Efficient time and capacity management Incorporates regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies for clients Desired Qualifications

Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment Three or more years of experience in financial services and/or sales environments with goals met or exceeded Professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) Insurance licenses Schedule

Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays Other Details

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr. The listed range is provided by Bank of America; actual pay is based on skills and experience. This role is in-office with role-specific flexibility considerations.
