Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email). Prepare complete and accurate tax returns. Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services. Provide clients with IRS support. All certification levels can provide tax notice services; Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation. Mentor and support teammates. What you'll bring to the team

Experience with virtual tools (video, phone, chat). Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment (or equivalent). Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax; experience completing individual returns. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing. Must complete continuing education requirements and meet all IRS and applicable state requirements. High school diploma or equivalent or higher. Job details
