Overview
Citi is looking for Summer Analysts to join the Risk Management team in our Tampa office. The Risk Management group is a strategic business partner that works with global management teams across the firm. The program provides foundational training and hands-on experience in risk management, governance, and best practices. What you will do
Participate in a 10-week summer internship that introduces you to Citi and Risk Management. Work on challenging and impactful projects across risk teams, including Enterprise Risk Management, Market Risk, Model Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, US Personal Banking, and Wealth Management. Receive mentorship from junior and senior colleagues, work with management teams, and have opportunities to add value to the risk organization and the firm. Engage in orientation and ongoing learning to develop technical skills, as well as communication and presentation abilities. Be paired with mentors to guide and support you throughout the program. Qualifications
You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative-related major (graduating December 2026 through June 2027). You maintain a GPA of 3.3 or above. You have an interest in Risk Management and a strategic/analytical mindset with strong data analytical skills. You are proficient in MS Office applications. You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or in the future. Who would be a great fit
You enjoy statistical analysis for projects and data/modeling validation and can identify data quality issues. You reinforce the firm’s Risk Management goals and help Citi stay safe and sound while expanding capabilities in focus segments.
