Base pay range
$48,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire a highly detail-oriented and adaptable Invoicing Project Billing Specialist to join their Accounting team in Saint Louis, MO. This client offers a great salary, 100% employer-paid healthcare, 50% coverage for dependents, Dental, vision, 401(k), Short- and long-term disability, Life and AD&D insurance, and FSA options. This is a hybrid role and requires some in-office presence in St. Louis, MO. Duties: Project Billing Specialist will generate and audit invoices Enter vendor and subcontractor bills Prepare pre-billing reports Track receivables and support collections As a Project Billing Specialist, you will maintain ERP contract data and budgets Provide financial reports to project managers and clients Qualifications
Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience 2-5 years in billing/project accounting Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong Excel and communication skills Ability to manage multiple unique invoicing formats and requirements ERP system experience preferred and MS Office Suite A/E or construction industry experience a plus Notes
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce\'s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
