Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards Take part in team activities as per team guidelines Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Qualifications
Licensed real estate agent You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge. Skilled in establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions. Expertise in prospecting and generating leads. Naturally adept at handling objections. Exceptional communication skills and a dedication to service.
