Purpose: This role is responsible to lead/organize/coordinate the programs, processes, systems, internal and external relationships required to support the Company Retirement and Saving Programs (401K, Cash Balance, FAP, DPSP and SERP). Assists the Sr Manager, Benefits & Pension and Sr Director, Total Rewards with assessing existing programs, aligning, developing and implementing new programs, processes and systems as required and ensuring compliance. Accountabilities: Ensure the programs, respective policies, plan documents, contracts, communication, processes and systems are continuously updated to ensure legislative compliance Ensure the accurate, efficient and execution of the Retirement and Saving Administration to meet service standard excellence Lead all related audits, ensure accurate and timely legislative filling and reporting Assist with the development, maintenance and execution of an organization wide communication/information strategy(s), tools and campaigns to help employees understand their retirement and saving programs Provide vendor management to all external vendors; monitor, resolve issues and proactively establish procedures and maintain effective relationships Assist as needed with Acquisition activities and rate case requests Education and Experience: University - Bachelor degree or equivalent experience 7 - 10 years’ experience: Retirement and Saving Programs Vendor Management or Retirement/Saving Administration experience Understanding of relevant legislation and strong relationship management, project management, and change management skills Good communication skills, written and presentation Experience with Ceridian People Power and payroll systems What We Offer: Company funded Pension program 401k with Company match Full insurance benefits (health/dental/vision/life) Collaborative environment with a genuine flexible working policy Share purchase/match plan Defined Contribution savings plan Top Talent Program Volunteer paid days off Employee Assistance Program Achievement fund We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
