Market: DFW / Grapevine
Base Salary: $90k - $100k annual
Bonus Potential: 9%
Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Fixed Assets (Intangible & Tangible) and Capital Leases
Enter and track fixed asset additions, disposals, impairments, depreciation, and amortization using Sage/M3.
Collaborate with the Tax Manager on tax details for fixed assets.
Manage intangible asset transactions and impairment analysis.
Prepare capital expenditure reports, including budgets, actuals, and forecasts.
Perform monthly asset reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
Analyze financial data to resolve issues and offer solutions.
Communicate effectively with various teams to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of fixed assets.
Manage Capital Leases and ensure proper lease accounting.
P&L Analysis & Financial Reporting
Review and analyze monthly P&Ls for R&D and other assigned cost centers, identifying variances.
Support R&D reporting, planning, and budgeting.
Prepare accurate financial reports, journal entries, and accruals.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
Audit & Review Support
Assist during mid-year, interim, and annual audits.
Prepare account reconciliations and provide supporting documentation.
Provide account analysis for external audit completion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Provide financial analysis and reports to support other departments.
Investigate and communicate reasons for financial variances to internal teams.
Educate employees on financial information and ensure adherence to internal controls.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
Five+ years of experience in Accounting
Two+ years of Fixed Assets Experience
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, practices, and procedures with an ERP system
Experience using Sage or other fixed assets software
Hands on experience with an intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Google Suites
