A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Finance Practice Group in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have two to six years of experience in real estate finance, with a focus on large structured commercial transactions.
Duties
Manage loan origination for large commercial real estate finance transactions. Handle mezzanine loans and preferred equity transactions. Oversee asset management and workout processes. Conduct transactions from inception through closing and post-closing. Engage in secondary market repurchase facility work and exit strategies. Requirements
Two to six years of broad real estate finance experience. Experience in large law firm settings preferred. Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications
Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. Skills
