Who we are looking for Required professional background and skills: University or College
degree , preferably in
Finance or Accounting 0-2 years of experience
in a similar field, preferably in
Transaction Services
or
Valuation and Modeling Fluency in
Hungarian and English Experience with financial model development in
MS Excel Excellent
communication
and
interpersonal
skills Ability to understand and solve
complex tasks Excellent
attention to detail
and
critical thinking
skills Eagerness to learn , take initiative, and work in a
fast-paced, team-oriented
environment You will definitely impress us, if additionally you have: Knowledge of
data analytics
e.g. Python and other BI tools Strong
accounting and finance background Progress toward
CFA, ACCA , or
similar certification Your future role
Main tasks and responsibilities are Take part in
complex international transaction projects
in various industries Assist in
analyzing financial statements
and
underlying data
to identify key trends and issues, the level of sustainable EBITDA Conduct
industry and company-specific research
to support findings and conclusions Contribute to the preparation of complex
business valuation models Assist in preparing
client deliverables and reports Collaborate with
senior team members
in
client discussions and project execution Create and deliver
client proposals
