You’ll spend much of your time supporting client engagements by coordinating day-to-day interactions with clients, reviewing staff work product, driving delivery of services to meet deadlines, developing internal team members, and managing engagement economics. Keep up to date on trends, developments and legislation that impact our clients to continuously build technical competence. Skills And Attributes For Success
Demonstrate an understanding of complex commercial real and personal property tax concepts and apply tax knowledge to client situations Develop and deliver quality tax planning approaches with timely and responsive services and work products Identify and offer opportunities for tax planning and other special services Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client’s tax situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent experience in business or industry CPA or JD Broad exposure to state and local taxation Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment Ideally, you’ll also have
A proven record in a professional services environment Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues Strong analytical skills and attention to detail What We Look For
