Our client, a leading manufacturer in mission-critical industries, is seeking a
Sr. FP&A Analyst
to support their growing operations. This role will provide financial insights, analysis, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and cost management. The ideal candidate combines strong manufacturing finance expertise with advanced modeling skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr What’s Offered

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for manufacturing operations Analyze cost, margin trends, and overall manufacturing performance Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve financial efficiency Deliver insights on profitability, cash flow, and working capital Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards for leadership Support strategic initiatives, including pricing and capital investments Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of FP&A experience, with 2+ years in manufacturing Strong understanding of BOMs, cost drivers, and manufacturing finance Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP/BI tools preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred) Strong cross-functional communication and business acumen Seniority level
