Join Insulet Corporation as a Senior Manager, Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps) to drive cost optimization, financial accountability, and strategic alignment across cloud services. Position Overview Insulet is an innovative medical device company dedicated to simplifying life for people with diabetes and other conditions through its Omnipod product platform. The Senior Manager of FinOps will lead cloud financial operations, partnering with engineering, finance, and procurement teams to manage cloud spend, forecast budgets, and implement governance frameworks. Responsibilities
Develop and drive the FinOps strategy, aligning cloud financial goals with broader organizational objectives. Develop and manage public cloud spending budgets and create accurate financial forecasts. Implement transparent cost allocation and showback/chargeback models to distribute cloud costs. Create and maintain financial models to predict cloud costs, track spending, and analyze cost trends. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with cloud service providers to secure favorable terms and pricing. Translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights, building dashboards and reports. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in FinOps and cloud technologies. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a finance or engineering field. 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, Cloud FinOps, financial governance, or business analysis. 3+ years of leadership experience leading global multi-functional teams. Outstanding written, visual, and verbal communication skills. Experience with automating manual processes and systems requirements analysis. Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams to drive change and impact. Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Passion for customer service and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Additional Information The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000.00 - $211,500.00.
