The Senior Associate role is ideal for professionals with 2-3 years of consulting experience who are passionate about helping clients navigate complex compliance requirements and minimize risk related to unclaimed property. Key Responsibilities Lead and support client engagements related to unclaimed property compliance, voluntary disclosure agreements (VDAs), audit defense, and risk assessments. Analyze client data to identify potential unclaimed property exposure and develop remediation strategies. Assist in preparing and filing unclaimed property reports across multiple jurisdictions. Communicate with state administrators and regulatory bodies on behalf of clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions. Mentor junior staff and contribute to their development. Stay current on changes in state laws, regulations, and industry trends related to unclaimed property. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in consulting, audit, tax, or compliance—preferably with exposure to unclaimed property. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with unclaimed property reporting, audits, and/or VDAs.
