About The Role
The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in driving financial strategy, reporting, and performance insights across the organization. You’ll collaborate with leadership to deliver actionable analysis that directly influences business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial reports and executive dashboards for leadership and board review Lead forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis—including 13-week cash flow reports Conduct monthly variance and trend analyses to guide planning and performance tracking Support annual budgets and mid-year forecasts, identifying process improvement opportunities Partner with regional and departmental leaders to align financial goals with business objectives Monitor KPIs and competitive benchmarks to provide strategic recommendations Analyze company performance relative to bonus programs and company targets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3+ years of FP&A experience Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong financial modeling ability Experience with Sage 300, Sage Intacct, and Power BI preferred
