$85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr A rapidly growing Investment Advisory Firm is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join its expanding Asset Management Team in Dallas. This professional will support both the REO team and Asset Management Operations team, ideally bringing experience in commercial loan servicing operations and property accounting. A privately held investment firm focused on commercial real estate credit strategies across major U.S. markets. Description Assist in the proactive monitoring and management of a portfolio of REO assets, across all property types (office, industrial, retail & multifamily). Analyze monthly property level financials: income statements, balance sheet, general A/P, and A/R ledgers. Annual operating and capital budget reviews. Prepare annual guarantor net worth and liquidity calculations for Asset Managers reviews/approval. Work collaboratively with team leads, asset managers, accounting and loan services. Profile Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, related field(s), or equivalent industry experience. Commercial real estate asset management, portfolio management, loan operations, or more specifically REO property accounting experience is a plus. Stront analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to proactively identify and flag concerns. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required. Exceptional character, personal integrity and work ethic. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Extremely organized and detail-oriented, highly accurate; excellent time management skills; able to thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively handle multiple competing and time sensitive deadlines and priorities. Great team player with good judgement and effective written and verbal communication skills; interacts well with teammates and external parties at all levels.
