Responsibilities

Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients. Actively manage banking relationships with an advice-based approach to ensure clients receive the best products and services for their needs. Partner with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs. Make clients’ lives more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Proven ability to acquire and deepen client relationships using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach. 1+ year of Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining relationships and revenue generation. Compliance with regulatory requirements (Securities Industry Essentials, FINRA Series 6/7, state registrations where required) or ability to complete within 180 days of starting. Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings. Excellent communication skills. College degree or military equivalent. Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients. Strong team orientation with a long-term career commitment to the firm. Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
