You will take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships with clients, using your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions to help address their financial needs and make their lives easier, contributing to the success of the branch.

Job Responsibilities

Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.

Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.

Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.

Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs anytime, anywhere, and however they want.

Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, and connect them to our team of experts for specialized needs.

Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.

Ability to create memorable experiences for clients – elevate the client experience.

Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.

Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing a consistent client experience.

Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.

High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Professional licensing: The Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire with study materials and support provided.

Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

College degree or military equivalent.

Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Regulatory and Licensing This position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment offers are contingent on review of criminal history, credit report, and information available through NMLS, to determine fitness for the role. Felony convictions within the last seven years may disqualify. Employment is contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank requirements and SAFE Act licensing, with registration on/updates to NMLS required after start date.
