What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and implement governance frameworks for customer and vendor master data across all ERPs (System 21, NetSuite, D365)
Perform deep-dive data mining and analysis to identify trends and opportunities across Shared Services operations
Design and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced Excel and Power BI
Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to improve data integration, accessibility, and reporting capabilities
Source and manage initiatives focused on improving data quality, governance, and analytics maturity
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in analytics or Shared Services operations
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; Tableau experience is a plus
Strong understanding of ERP systems and master data structures (System 21, NetSuite, D365)
Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data mining, trend analysis, and insight generation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with data governance frameworks and industry benchmarking
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
