The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the resort's Finance department. Responsible for overseeing financial processes supporting resort operations and assisting the VP of Finance. Supports budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and ad-hoc analysis. The ideal candidate is motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working with employees at all levels in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities
Provide financial analysis to support operational efficiency and profitability, including: Monthly consolidated reporting for resort leadership Monitoring financial performance and KPIs Analyzing variances and recommending solutions Leading monthly financial review meetings Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with resort leaders. Assist in developing and analyzing capital improvements for optimal returns. Develop strong relationships with finance & accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and support. Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and data analysis as needed. Secondary Responsibilities
