Business Analyst
for a
contract
with a client in
Hamilton Township, NJ(Hybrid) . Responsibilities include driving stakeholder testing calls and preparing test strategies, while analyzing functional requirements to derive use cases and manage defect triage. Rate
Rate Range:
$45/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities
Analyze and document functional requirements related to financial products, trading systems, and payment platforms. Drive testing activities by coordinating calls with multiple stakeholders and preparing test plans and strategies. Derive use cases from business requirements to support development and QA teams. Report and triage defects, ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Support Agile processes by actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of total IT experience, with strong exposure to financial domains. Deep domain knowledge in Trading, Payments, or Advisory systems. Strong ability to lead testing efforts, prepare test strategies, and manage defect triage across stakeholders. How to Apply
