FY26 Seasonal Tax-FSO- GCR Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory-Real Estate-Senior Manager Join to apply for the FY26 Seasonal Tax-FSO- GCR Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory-Real Estate-Senior Manager role at EY. Location: Anywhere in the country. EY serves high-profile, national and multinational clients with a range of domestic and international tax planning and advisory services. The TARAS (Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services) practice supports clients with all aspects of financial reporting for income taxes, including tax accounting, tax provision procedures, and controls design and testing. The TARAS practice is an established group that has served the complex and global tax reporting needs of companies for approximately ten years. EY aims to shape a better working world by managing clients’ tax obligations responsibly and proactively, with you at the heart of this mission. Your Key Responsibilities
Provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning (internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions from US GAAP to IFRS or IFRS to US GAAP, share-based compensation, financial statement restatements, and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts). Assist companies with all aspects of their tax provision preparation. Review the tax provision process to improve efficiency and accuracy and enhance the control environment; assess tax risk and control environments inclusive of and beyond Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in a related field, with significant tax or legal experience; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred. Valid US CPA license or active state bar membership. Minimum of 10 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS. Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation. Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Strong ASC 740, Real Estate, and/or IAS 12 experience, plus experience in corporate tax planning and compliance. Relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry with broad exposure to federal income taxation. What We Look For
