Senior Accountant , you’ll play an integral role in ensuring financial accuracy and accountability for programs that truly make an impact. This is an opportunity to combine your accounting expertise with work that supports the greater good — all within a collaborative, stable, and professional environment. What You’ll Do

Manage key aspects of

month-end close , including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support

audit preparation

and ensure compliance with GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate grant tracking, reporting, and compliance. Analyze general ledger accounts, investigate variances, and prepare supporting schedules. Assist with the preparation of

Form 990s , financial statements, and ad hoc financial analysis. Collaborate with program and grant teams to strengthen internal controls and improve processes. What Makes This Role Rewarding

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. 5–7 years of nonprofit accounting experience

or similar work involving grants and compliance. Strong understanding of GAAP, fund accounting, and financial reporting requirements. Proficiency in

Intacct
