Responsibilities
Lead audit engagements for privately held companies, overseeing fieldwork and guiding the audit team. Execute a risk-based audit approach in line with GAAP and GAAS standards. Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance. Provide training, coaching, and timely feedback to associates. Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while balancing competing priorities. Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members to ensure efficient execution. Qualifications
