Leasing Consultant
for The Goat Farm property in Atlanta, GA (West Midtown area). As a Leasing Consultant, you will utilize dynamic sales and marketing skills to deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. Essential Duties : Leasing apartments, maintaining high occupancy levels, selling and demonstrating community value, and finalizing sales processes. This includes taking telephone inquiries, greeting prospects, showing apartments, taking applications and deposits, verifying information, following up with prospects, and ensuring timely lease renewals. Additional responsibilities include upholding a professional atmosphere, answering phone calls, greeting prospective residents, inspecting models and vacants, maintaining market awareness, and contributing to marketing ideas. You will also inspect the marketing path, inventory office supplies, maintain and restock the café and coffee bar, update social media, and develop the community's online presence. Required Skills : Proficiency with MS Office, property management software (preferably Yardi), lease-related documents, and sales skills. You should have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong customer service philosophy, and a positive attitude. Requirements : Yardi experience is preferred, with a minimum of 6-12 months of leasing experience in the multi-family industry. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. You must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen, have a professional appearance and demeanor, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The work schedule includes Saturdays and some evenings, with hours varying to meet business needs. This is an
