Mehanna Advisors, a fast-growing CPA firm specializing in business and individual tax services, is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join our team. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong technical skills who can manage client engagements and deliver high-quality tax solutions in a collaborative environment. This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work both remotely and in-office.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for partnerships (Form 1065), S corporations (Form 1120-S), and individuals (Form 1040). Assist with tax planning strategies and identify opportunities for clients. Research and resolve complex tax issues. Provide guidance and support to junior staff. Communicate directly with clients, delivering proactive updates and advice. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of public accounting/tax experience. Strong knowledge of 1065, 1120-S, and 1040 returns. Master’s in Taxation preferred. CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
