Work closely with the President and CEO to run day-to-day accounting operations.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cash flow.
Perform bank reconciliations, wire transfers, and financial reporting.
Establish standard financial processes and procedures.
Interface with suppliers and customers on financial matters.
Support company initiatives with financial analysis and attention to detail.
CPA Job Requirements:
CPA (NY) required, with a license transferable to NJ.
8+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years as an Accountant.
Bilingual in Italian and/or French, a plus
Strong background in finance, experience with IPOs preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, SAP Concur, Salesforce, and Abacus.
