Description
Job Title: Senior Global Consumer Analyst
Location: Remote (Preferred: CST or EST time zones)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Start Date: Monday, July 28 (ASAP)
Contract Length: 6 months (with potential for extension or conversion)
About The Role
Edgewell Personal Care is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Global Analyst to join our Post Market Surveillance (PMS) team. This role is critical in driving data analysis, identifying product risks, and delivering actionable insights to protect and enhance our global consumer brands. You’ll lead complex analytical projects, collaborate across business units, and support compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a remote role with a preference for candidates in CST or EST time zones due to global team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across global business units. Deliver actionable insights through ad-hoc and scheduled reporting. Escalate product issues to Quality Sites and recommend strategic actions.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with PMS teams and leadership to validate findings and finalize recommendations. Communicate insights clearly through written reports, presentations, and verbal updates. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on data integrity and operational efficiency. Document and share global best practices for analytics and reporting. Support regulatory compliance efforts, including audit readiness and SOP documentation.
Technical Expertise
Serve as the subject matter expert on data sources, calculations, and assumptions. Collaborate with pharmacovigilance teams to address adverse events and reportable complaints.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field. Experience: 3–5+ years in a manufacturing or consumer products environment (drug, device, cosmetic preferred). Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data models), Power BI, and analytics tools. Experience with ERP systems and data visualization platforms. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus. Experience mentoring junior analysts and modeling best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a global, matrixed environment. Preferred Attributes
