Job Responsibilities
Assist in compiling and analyzing financial data to support reporting and decision-making. Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, or STAT standards. Perform variance analysis on key financial accounts, including income statement and balance sheet items. Create and maintain reports for both recurring and ad hoc financial performance reviews. Conduct accounting research and present findings and conclusions to management.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. At least 3+ years of experience in financial reporting or accounting roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions for data analysis and reporting. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting principles. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial trends and anomalies. Comfortable working with large datasets and producing accurate, timely reports. Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in preparing documentation for audits or internal reviews.
