Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow statements for commercial loan applicants Prepare written credit memos and risk assessments for loan committee review Assist in structuring commercial credit facilities in accordance with bank policy Monitor borrower performance and covenant compliance Perform portfolio reviews and contribute to annual credit reviews Identify and escalate potential credit risks Collaborate with relationship managers and senior underwriters to support deal execution Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements Requirements
2–5 years of experience in commercial credit, underwriting, or financial analysis Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Strong understanding of GAAP financials and credit risk metrics Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills
