Sell supplemental health benefits to educators and first responders within a protected territory to minimize cold calling. Develop and maintain relationships with schools, associations, unions, and administrations. Present information in one-on-one settings and in large group presentations. Invest time and resources to ensure business success and achieve sales goals. Qualifications

Dedication to solving the financial challenges educators face Ability to gain market access and build relationships Comfort presenting information in both one-on-one settings and large groups Willingness to invest time and resources to ensure business success Possess resident Life and Health license (can be obtained through on-boarding) Compensation and Benefits

Performance-based - New Business and Renewal Commissions plus BONUS program First year - Commissions (depending on sales experience): $70,000 - $101,000 Second year - Commissions + Renewal Commissions How to Apply
