AR Specialist
to join our high-energy finance team. Accurately apply payments (lockbox, ACH, wire, checks) to customer accounts Investigate and resolve unapplied cash or payment discrepancies Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail Collaborate with billing and sales teams to resolve disputes Report regularly on AR aging and collection status What We\u2019re Looking For

3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, with staffing experience a plus. Familiarity with ERP systems (Sage, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact with senior leadership and clients. Excellent analytical and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in accounting principles and Microsoft Office Suite, along with experience in general ledger and accounts receivable systems.
