Overview
Audit Clerk to support our Payroll Compliance Audit team. This role helps ensure employer contributions are accurate and compliant across trust funds. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail are essential to keep the audit process running smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities
Perform administrative and clerical tasks that support the audit process, including data entry, record updates, and file preparation. Draft, prepare, and send official correspondence related to audits. Coordinate audit tasks with internal teams, especially Pension Accounting, to gather needed information and ensure timely processing. Track and log key audit activities using internal systems to ensure accurate records and smooth workflows. Process and log audit payments and prepare necessary documentation for audit closures. Answer department phone calls, distribute mail, and assist with supply orders as needed. Who you are
Detailed. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills Communicator. Excellent verbal, written and professional interpersonal communication skills Experienced. One or more years of related experience Organized. Utilize time management to work under pressure and within deadlines Team Player.
