Overview
Strategic Account Manager - Remote ( digital health technology-enabled service ). The Senior Account Manager cultivates and maintains AssistRx's relationship with our Pharmaceutical manufacturing partners. In this role, you'll work with pharmaceutical executives on a daily basis to ensure they receive maximum value from iAssist's features and services. The Pharmaceutical Account Manager presents new ideas and innovations to clients, upselling and enhancing their product and serves as the liaison between Pharmaceutical Brand Teams and all key AssistRx stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Form strategic partnership with clients by developing a working knowledge of their business goals, technical challenges and infrastructure configurations to ensure an outstanding customer experience Establish and maintain a role as advisor to clients and colleagues Present new ideas and innovations to clients to upsell and enhance their products and services Research high-level solutions for the client Develop the relationship with the client through regular meetings/conference calls to review service quality and ensure they are receiving maximum benefit from iAssist's features and benefits Work with Client Services to solve complex support issues effectively Manage the delivery of recommended/agreed-upon services to achieve high client satisfaction and trust Determine the most effective method of problem resolution by utilizing internal resources when necessary Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and service Participate in client quarterly reviews, attend annual Plan Of Action meetings and other travel as needed Plan milestones and track progress Effectively keep others informed by presenting information to everyone involved
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience Experience in a healthcare or digital health technology-enabled service, customer success role and/or customer strategic management role Experience in project management and oversight of customer implementation and maintenance activities tracking Solid understanding of mainstream analytical methods, solutions, and problem-solving as they relate to customer business needs and goals Experience with reviewing and providing insights on healthcare data analysis and reporting Experience working for or in Pharma Experience working with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams is essential Project Management, HUB Operations or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management strongly desired Technical skills a must Ability to effectively express ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form Exhibits good listening skills and comprehension Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
