The Distribution Field Sales Specialist position is accountable for driving distribution sales in the West Territory for the Lab Diagnostics businesses. The Distribution Field Sales Specialist owns the regional relationship and strategy with several national distributors and facilitates interactions at the field level. Achieve sales, profit and growth objectives for assigned distributors. Drive product launches, product training, and business reviews. Manage Distributor funnel and forecasting for the assigned distributors and deliver on each forecast. Prepare strategic plans in coordination with marketing and sales leads to build long term partnerships. Develop and implement action plans to meet objectives, coordinating activities across internal departments and teams. Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to ensure customer satisfaction, address issues and identify additional partnership opportunities. Provide market intelligence for the sales organization. Demonstrate knowledge of products, services, and industry trends, and assist leadership with sales strategies that leverage Siemens Healthineers’ advantages or address competitive challenges. Represent Siemens Healthineers at national and regional sales meetings. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and influence across roles. Utilize data management software to secure territory intelligence and develop a strategy; use the CRM to maintain accurate account information and activity. Your Expertise

Familiarity with laboratory diagnostics and point-of-care products and market. Experience working and collaborating within cross-functional teams. Strong experience with distribution sales, promotions, acute and non-acute markets, and funnel management. Previous capital sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success. Ability to provide regular forecasts and assess channel partner performance. Business-level interface with distribution partners on owned processes. Exceptional customer-facing skills. BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree; 3+ years’ experience in distribution and/or Laboratory sales. Experience using Share or similar CRM tool. High degree of business acumen including financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, and customer awareness. Ability to develop and deliver business reviews. Must have a clean driving record and ability to travel a minimum of 70% throughout the U.S. Who we are

The annual base pay is Min $107,200 – Max $160,800. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
