Job Overview As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, inviting experience in our fragrance department. You’ll help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Whether you're preparing products, restocking displays, or assisting with transactions, your attention to detail and genuine hospitality ensure every guest feels cared for. This role blends service and support - anticipating team needs, keeping the space shop-ready, and helping to create magical moments for our customers during the busiest time of year. We're looking for flexible team players who thrive in our fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and can work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities
Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. Wear a name badge, greet teammates, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers. Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions to engage, educate, and sell with confidence. On the floor, focus on the customer — offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly conversations to build customer relationships. Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, handling testers and merchandise returns to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves as needed. Finish Strong — share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and end with a sincere thank-you, often using the customer’s name. Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve customers and communities. Pursue excellence as a journey, strive to improve daily, meet sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10-20 hours per week. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors; read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues Meeting daily sales goal challenges Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; reaching, including above eye level Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions What We Can Offer You
