Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the business relationship with key accounts in collaboration with the integrated account team
Develop and implement Annual Business Plans aligned with business objectives
Drive flawless program execution through coordination across various stakeholders
Foster strong relationships with customers by enhancing engagement and communication
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for assigned accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
3-5 years of experience in key account management within beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
Strong expertise in sales, negotiation, and managing medium-to-large portfolios of accounts
Proven track record in managing price package plans and implementing promotional programs
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) systems and broker management
Experience with business development planning across diverse business systems
Self-driven with exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
